A large majority of Tizz & Tonic items are made in our own studio in Bremen, Germany. We also work with small manufacturers in Berlin and in the North of Portugal.
All Tizz & Tonic pieces are shipped directly from our studio in Bremen, Germany - no warehouses, no drop-shipping. We’re a tiny (but mighty) brand that makes many items to order or in small batches.

We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 business days and if they’re ready sooner, they’ll be on their way even faster.✌🏼Purchases with made-to-order items like Reversible Tanks & Soft Bras usually take 5-7 business days.
Tizz & Tonic isn’t Fast-Fashion (and that’s the point). Many pieces are finished right in our studio, not pulled off a warehouse shelf. Limited runs and made-to-order styles mean no overstock, no waste - just what you actually want. But this also means we need a bit more time to get your items together.Once your order is with the post, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking code so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are determined by your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, Tizz & Tonic has no control over these charges and cannot cover or predict them. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or not being collected on time, it may be returned to our studio. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm the shipping address and can re-ship the package; however, courier/shipping fees will need to be re-charged. Alternatively, if re-shipping isn’t convenient, we can issue you a store credit for the value of the items once the package has been received at our studio.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation which will include a tracking number. Simply click on your tracking code to trace your package during its journey.
If you're link isn't working through the confirmation email, you can simple copy the tracking number and trace it directly on via Deustche Post here or DHL here.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

For hygienic reasons and for the health and safety of our team and our customers, we do not accept returns on any underwear (panties) or boxers.

You can send returnable items back to our studio within 14 days of receiving them. All returned items will be refunded in the form of a store credit amount spent on the returned item(s) or a direct refund to the original payment method. The choice is yours.

We're not a big fast fashion brand with endless inventory which means every item has a story and every order matters. If you opt for a store credit refund instead of a monetary refund, we’re absolutely thankful for that. If you need to make a return on your tops or bras please follow these simple instructions:
- Login to your customer account, find your latest order and click 'Request Return'
- Package up items you want to return (in the best case, re-use the mailer or box the item(s) arrived in)
- Include your name and/or order number somewhere in the package so we have a reference
- Ship with your courier of choice back to our studio:

- As a small, slow fashion brand, every item we make has value. We charge a small 5% restocking fee on returned items for quality control, repackaging, and restocking.

By EU law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Any orders received past this deadline will not be accepted.
This applies to all non-hygienic items in original, unworn, and unwashed condition - that means no deodorant marks, no perfume, no signs of wear. Please give your items a quick check before packing them up.
The shipping costs on the returned item(s) must be covered by you as we do not offer free returns.
Please keep in mind that we cannot accept returned items that have been marked and/or damaged by deodorant, make-up or perfume. Returns that arrive damaged will not be accepted so please make sure to give it a once-over before packing it up.

Want to swap something for a different size or style? We’re happy to help with a direct exchange when possible. Since many of our items are made in small batches with limited fabric, exchanges depend on what’s still available - but we’ll always do our best to make it work. If we can accommodate the swap, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item to you. Just send us an email at hello@tizzandtonic.com, and we’ll get it sorted as quickly as possible!

If your order included a free gift based on a minimum spend (e.g., €50 or more), and you return items that bring your total below that threshold, the free gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition.
If you choose to keep the gift, the retail value of the item will be deducted from your refund.
