Where are Tizz & Tonic intimates made?

A large majority of Tizz & Tonic intimates are made in our own studio in Bremen, Germany. We also work with small manufacturers in Berlin and in the North of Portugal.

When will my order ship?

We aim to ship out all orders within 1 week.

Tizz & Tonic is not a fast-fashion brand, and that’s a good thing. Your items are not stocked somewhere on a warehouse shelf but more often than not, are still on our studios workbench. Making limited collections and items made-to-order means avoiding overstock or dead-stock items.

Once your order is handed over to the post you will receive a confirmation email which will also include your tracking code. With this code you will be able to track your package along the way.

How can I track my order after it has shipped?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation which will include a tracking number. Simply click on your tracking code to trace your package during its journey. 

If you're link isn't working through the confirmation email, you can simple copy the tracking number and trace it directly on via Deustche Post here or DHL here.

What is your return policy on underwear?

For hygienic reasons and for the health and safety of our team and our customers, we do not accept returns on any underwear (panties) or socks.  

All sale and clearance items are final sale.

What is your return policy on other items?

We accept returns on bralettes and tank tops.

If your bralette or tank-top order doesn’t fit or you’ve simply changed your mind, you can send returnable items back to us within 14 days of receiving them. All returned items will be refunded in the form of a gift card in the amount spent on the returned item(s). 

Gift cards (store credits) are forever valid and do not have an expiration date, so you can use it to pick out different sizes, new styles or apply it to anything and everything we have online.

As we are still a small (but growing!) company, and as many of our items are made-to-order, we are not able to give monetary refunds or issue direct exchanges - we thank you for your understanding on this.

How can I make a return?

  1. Package up the unworn/undamaged bralette or top with your name and/or order number and send it back to our studio headquarters:

  2. Once it’s received and approved you will be emailed a store credit code in the value spent on the item. This code can be used immediately or saved for a later date and is applicable for anything site-wide
  3. That's it!

At this time we are unable to offer complimentary return shipping, so you are welcome to pick the courier of your choice (but be sure it’s a good one as we are not liable for returned items lost in the post).

Please keep in mind that we cannot accept returned items that have been marked and/or damaged by deodorant, make-up or perfume. Returns that arrive damaged will not be accepted so please make sure to give it a once-over before packing it up.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled. If you need to make changes or adjustments to your order please contact us no later than 24 hours after placing your order. 

Ooops - I have a problem with my order. 

Quality and a great customer experience is really important to us but of course, sometimes things can be missed. If you have an issue with your order like faulty fabric or received the incorrect item(s) or size(s) please contact us with 72 hours of receiving your package so we can get it sorted for you ASAP.
